Commission openings are usually announced via twitter and instagram. Commercial use commissions are always open regardless of status.

terms of service;

♡ You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.♡ I reserve the right to decline your order if i don't feel comfortable or I feel that I might not able to work on it.♡ As the artist I still mantain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, unless otherwise accorded with the Client.♡ The Client is not allowed to feed my art to any AI generation websites.♡ You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Please always credit me (©smol_sugarpuff) or put a link going back to one of my socials, this has to be done anytime the art is showcased.♡ No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy from the finished product.

refunds;

♡ In the event the Client wishes to cancel the commission and requests a refund, the refunded amount varies upon the amount of work completed:
… If no work has been done, the refunded amount is 100%.
… If the initial sketch was already approved by the client, the refunded amount is 50%.♡ If the Client files a chargeback request with Paypal, they will be automatically blacklisted and blocked.

payment;

♡ Prices listed are for personal use commissions, if you'd like a commission for commercial use the price will be double the flat price.♡ Payments accepted only through Paypal: EUR currency.♡ All commissions must be paid in full before I begin working.♡ If payment has not been received after our agreed dates, I will assume you no longer wish to commission me and cancel your request, unless you notified me prior that payment will be late.♡ Do not send payment if I have not approved your request.

process;

♡ For progress on your commission you can DM me anytime or check my Trello.♡ Time frame for completion is from 1 week to 2 months.♡ You may message me any time for a status update, but please don't pressure me, thank you for understanding!♡ Changes can only be done during the sketch phase.
No major changes will be made after the sketch is approved by the Client, after that I will charge +2€ - 5€ for every change, unless there's been a mistake on my side (ex: not noticing a detail.)
